Kelly Walther, PNP

Kelly Walther PNPKelly Walther is a native of the Kansas City area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Luke’s College of Nursing, in Kansas City, MO in 1994. After graduation she worked at Saint Luke’s Hospital for a year and followed her dream of being a pediatric nurse by working at Children’s Mercy Hospital. During her career at CMH, she worked in several different critical care areas, including Hematology/Oncology, Pediatric Intensive Care and Urgent Care. Her most recent role was as an elementary school nurse. Kelly completed her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and graduated in May, 2015.

While at UMKC, Kelly completed two years of clinical requirements at Pediatric Care North and joined the practice after graduation. She is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Kelly is passionate about preventative health care and providing education to children and their families so they can achieve lifetime health habits.

Kelly and her husband, Tom, live in Liberty and have two children, Matthew and Lindsey. She enjoys cooking, reading, attending her children’s activities and spending time boating and relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks.
