Monica Rondeau, PNP

Monica Rondeau, PNPMonica Rondeau grew up in Hutchinson, Kansas, a smaller town in central KS. Following high school she moved to Lawrence to attend KU, until her education took her to the University of Kansas Medical Center, where she received her B.S. in Nursing in 2007. Her first job after graduation was in the Neonatal ICU at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Over her career at OPRMC, she played many important roles including being a member of the Midwest Transport Team and becoming a charge nurse. While working in the NICU Monica pursued her Master's as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Joining Pediatric Care North in 2014, Monica is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and is passionate about helping children and families as they grow and mature.

As a graduate of KU, Monica is enthusiastic about Jayhawks athletics but also enjoys cheering for the many sporting teams in the metro area. In the off season, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family, her dog Reesie, and planning her wedding scheduled for late September.
