With our updated patient portal, you can: View upcoming appointments and request new ones Message your care team directly with non-urgent medical questions Access and download medical records including: vaccine records, growth charts, visit notes, and lab results all in one convenient place. Request medication refills quickly and easily Request and receive forms needed for school, camp, and sports. Whether you're managing care for one child or several, the new portal makes it easier than ever to stay organized and in control. 🔒 Safe, Secure, and HIPAA-Compliant Your privacy and security are our top priorities. The new portal meets all federal privacy standards, ensuring your family’s information stays protected. 📝 What You Need to Know All current users will need to re-register for the new portal to log in. Don’t worry—it’s quick and easy. The current portal will be retired and no longer accessible after August 30th. You’ll receive a welcome email with instructions to create your new login. ✅ How to Get Started Check your email for your portal invitation from us. Follow the link to create your account. Explore the new features and update any missing information. If you don’t receive an invitation or need help setting up your account, please visit our Patient Portal resource page, or feel free to give us a call at 816-587-3200. You can also speak with our front office staff at your next visit to the office.
