Stay connected with your child's healthcare team like never before! Our brand-new patient portal powered by Bridge will be available starting Tuesday, August 12th.
The new patient portal is packed with features you'll love:
- NO PINs required to register- it's quick, easy and automatically links all of your children to a single login
- Effortless appointment management and self scheduling for flu shots
- Secure messaging with our providers and staff
- Easy access to health records, test results, and more!
Current Patient Portal Users
Some things to know for this transition:
- All existing portal users will need to re-register for our new patient portal in order to log in to the new portal. The current portal will be phased out and will no longer be available after August 31st.
- You will be receiving a welcome email on or after August 12th to register for the new portal.
- If you did not receive an email but would like to establish your new portal account, please click here to submit a request or call the office and our team will assist you.
- If your child is 18 years of age or older, they will be given their own welcome email to register their portal account. If a parent/guardian needs access to their account, we will need the patient's verbal consent/guardianship paperwork to complete this request.
- We highly encourage all of our patients to utilize this tool, as it is the best way to quickly communicate with our team and access your child's information outside at your convenience.
