Current Patient Portal Users

Some things to know for this transition:

  • All existing portal users will need to re-register for our new patient portal in order to log in to the new portal.
  • You will be receiving a welcome email to register for the new portal.
  • If you did not receive an email but would like to establish your new portal account, please click here to submit a request or call the office and our team will assist you.
  • If your child is 18 years of age or older, they will be given their own welcome email to register their portal account. If a parent/guardian needs access to their account, we will need the patient's verbal consent/guardianship paperwork to complete this request.
  • We highly encourage all of our patients to utilize this tool, as it is the best way to quickly communicate with our team and access your child's information outside at your convenience.

  • Can more than one parent/guardian have access to a portal account?

    Yes, each caregiver can have access to their own portal account for their child(ren). Please note that each account will need to have a unique email address.

  • I see some of my dependents in my portal, but not all of them. How do I correct this?

    Please reach out to our team by sending a message from your portal account or by calling the office. 

  • Is there a mobile app for the portal?

    Currently there is no mobile app for the portal, however the website is mobile friendly and scalable to fit the screen size of the device being used.
