Educating and Empowering Parents Series
We’re proud to support our community through free classes held in our Community Room. Designed for all caregivers, these sessions are open to everyone—no need to be an established patient to join. Come learn, connect, and grow alongside other families in a supportive, welcoming space.
CPR/Choking for Infants and Children
Our Infant & Child CPR/Choking class provides hands-on, practical training to help caregivers feel prepared in an emergency. Using manikins and real-life scenarios, you’ll practice essential skills based on current American Heart Association guidelines.
This is not a certification course, but a confidence-building experience designed to take the fear out of responding—so you can act quickly and effectively when it matters most. All ages welcome and encouraged!
Starting Solid Foods for Baby
Our Starting Solids class provides caregivers with evidence-based guidance on when and how to introduce solid foods. We cover signs of readiness, feeding approaches (purees, baby-led weaning, or both), first foods, and safe feeding practices—so you can feel confident supporting your baby through this important milestone.
What's in the Works
When it comes to pediatrics, the topics are nearly endless--and we love that! Currently, we are in the beginning process of building a prenatal breastfeeding class, a babysitting class, an infant sleep class, and a child safety discussion with one of our providers. Stay updated on our new classes by following us on Facebook and Instagram!
